सामान्य भूतकाल को जाने/LETS KNOW SIMPLE PAST TENSE

Simple Past tense / सामान्य भूतकाल 

इस काल के वाक्य के अंत मे ता था , ता थी, ते थे लगा  होता है। 

Note- इस काल के क्रिया का दूसरा रूप का प्रयोग होता है।

1. Affirmative Sentences/सकारात्मक वाक्य

 Structure

Subject+ verb "2nd" +object.

Examples

1. उसने कल मुझे एक पेन दिया ।

He gave me a pen yesterday.

2. मैं उस घर में  रहता था । 

I lived in that house.

3. मोहन कल अपने दोस्त से मिला।

Mohan met his friend yesterday.

4.  उसने गाना गाया ।

She sang a song .

5. उसने अपने चाचा को  पत्र लिखा । 

He wrote a letter to his uncle.

6. हमने  क्रिकेट खेला।

We played cricket.

7. तुमने अपना गृहकार्य पूरा कर लिया।

You  completed your homework.

8. उन्होंने अंग्रजी सीखी

They learnt english.

2. Negative Sentences/नकरात्मक वाक्य

 Structure

Subject + did+not+ verb "1st" + object.

Examples

1. उसने कल मुझे पेन नही दिया।

he did not  give me a pen yesterday

2. मैं उस घर में नहीं रहता था।

I did not live in that house.

3. मोहन कल अपने दोस्त से नहीं मिला।

Mohan did not meet his friend yesterday.

4.  उसने गाना नहीं गाया।

She did not sing a song.

5. उसने अपने चाचा को पत्र नहीं लिखा।

He did not write a letter to his Uncle.

6. हमने क्रिकेट नहीं खेला।

We did not play cricket 

7. तुमने अपना गृहकार्य पूरा नहीं किया।

You did not complete your homework.

8. उन्होंने अंग्रेजी नहीं सीखी

They did not learn english.

3. Interrogative Sentences/ प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य

 Structure

Did + subject+verb "1st" + object.

 Example

1. क्या उसने कल मुझे पेन दिया ?

 Did he give me a pen?

2. क्या मैं उस घर मे रहता था ?

Did I leave in that house? 

3.  क्या मोहन कल अपने दोस्त से मिला ?

Did Mohan meet his friend yesterday?

4. क्या उसने कल गाना गाया?

Did she sing a song?

5. क्या उसने अपने चाचा पत्र लिखा?

Did he write a letter to his uncle?

6. क्या हमने क्रिकेट खेला?

Did we play cricket?

7. क्या तुमने अपना गृहकार्य पूरा किया ?

Did you complete your homework?

8. क्या उन्होंने अंग्रेजी सीखी?

Did they learn english?

4. Negative interrogative/नकारात्मक प्रश्ननवाचक

 Structure

Did+ subject + not + verb "1st" + object.

 Example

1.  क्या उसने कल मुझे अपना पेन नहीं दिया ?

Did he nit gine me a pen yesterday?

2. क्या मैं उस घर में नहीं रहता था?

Did I not live in that house.?

3  क्या मोहन कल अपने दोस्त से नहीं मिला?

Did he not meet his friend yesterday?

4.  क्या उसने गाना नहीं किया?

Did she not dunga song?

5. क्या उसने कल अपने चाचा को पत्र नही लिखा?

Did he not write a letter to his uncle.

6. क्या हमने क्रिकेट नहीं खेला?

Did we not play cricket?

7. क्या तुमने अपना गृहकार्य पूरा नहीं किया?

Did you not complete your homework?
